  9. It has the same look & feel as the Maxthon 2.0 favorites sidebar.
  10. It also includes an incremental (search as you type) searchbox.

  32. ===== How to install this Maxthon Sidebar plugin =====
  33.  
  34. For Maxthon 1.x:
  35.  
  36. 1. Unzip the downloaded file to Maxthon's Plugin folder. (for example in "C:\Program Files\Maxthon\Plugin")
  37.  
  38. 2. Restart Maxthon - the new plugin will be detected and you'll be asked to activate it.
  39.  
  40. 3. Open the sidebar if it isn't already open in "View >> Explorer Bar".
  41.  
  42. You can enable or disable every plugin in "Maxthon Options >> Plugin >> Maxthon Plugin".

  45. For Maxthon 2.0 Preview:
  46.  
  47. 1. Unzip the downloaded file to Maxthon's Plugin folder. (for example in "C:\Program Files\Maxthon2\<<EmailAddress>>\Plugin")
  48.     Where you should replace <<EmailAddress>> with the email address you use for your Maxthon account
  49.     
  50. 2. Restart Maxthon
  51.  
  52. 3. If you do not see the plugin in the sidebar you might have to remove the "plugins.ini" file
  53.     in "C:\Program Files\Maxthon2\<<EmailAddress>>\Plugin" and restart Maxthon.
